Product Information

Rob Schneider is the titular chick, Jessica, a stuck-up high school prom queen who wakes up one morning trapped in the body of an unattractive 30-year-old man. Thanks to a curse attached to some ancient earrings, Jessica has changed bodies and now must convince hot chick pals April (Anna Faris, of the SCARY MOVIE series) and Keecia (Maritza Murphy) of her true identity before their long, giggly, underwear-filled sleepovers can continue. Meanwhile, Clive, the displaced male, wakes up in Jessica's body (Rachel McAdams) and quickly parlays his hot new form into a lucrative career as a prostitute/stripper. Along the same lines as DEUCE BIGALOW: MALE GIGOLO and THE ANIMAL, viewers can expect the usual Schneider shenanigans and gross bodily humor. What might come as a surprise is the film's underlying sweet nature. While working to restore her original svelte form in time for the big cheerleader competition, Jessica helps save her parents' fading marriage and develops a sense of compassion for the social outsiders she'd previously scorned. Schneider fans, of course, will mainly appreciate his near non-stop prancing and mincing. Fellow SNL alum Adam Sandler executive-produced, and has an amusing cameo as a dread-locked bongo player.

    Hot Chick is worth buying!!

    I thought this would be another boring moving like Animal but i was wrong. It reminds me more of an Adam Sandler type film and even stars Sandler as a funny talking Rasta Stoner. Sandler has a funny catch phrase he uses throughout the movie. Snyder and Macadams reverse roles in the film ,kind of like Freaky Friday and each has to live as the opposite sex. Snyder plays a good part in the movie as Rachael Macadams and she plays a good male character as Snyder. There are lots of Hot Chicks in this film and one wierd little brother who cross-dresses. This movie is worth a buy/rent and some chuckles. Don't forget to pick it up and have some laughs.

    Nice performance by Rob Schneider, lots of fun

    No one expects this to film to get rave reviews from the critics. That having been said, it was surprisingly sweet and fun. Rob Schneider did a nice job of not overdoing his role and the supporting cast members we good. Although the film is predictable, it still manages to be fun, to make you laugh, and to make you fond of Schneider's character. I was sorry to say goodbye to Spence at the end of the film. Silly and fun. That's all you'd ask of a movie like this and it delivers.

    This is a great, funny movie. Definitely one of my favorites. The movie starts out with a stuck up high school girl named Jessica who buys a pair of ancient earrings from a new store in the mall. Unfortunately for her she wakes up the next morning trapped in the body of 30 year old man, all thanks to a curse that was place upon the earrings long ago. Jessica must now convince her best friends that it's really her inside that body before they can help her figure out what happened. Meanwhile, Clive (the man she switched bodies with) decides to use his new body as a stripper to make easy money. While working to figure out how to change back into her body in time for the cheerleading competition (and hopefully the Prom), Jessica also helps out her parents marriage, and also finds out the ...

    The hilarious Rob Schneider has been a gigolo. He's been an animal. And now a curse will make him something he's never been before -- a woman! Jessica Spencer is the hottest, most popular girl in high school. But she gets a big dose of reality when she wakes up in the body of a 30-something-year-old lowlife male (Schneider) and quickly discovers that trading on your looks isn't so easy when you're a girl who constantly needs a shave. How in the world can Jessica convince her friends (Anna Faris, SCARY MOVIE, SCARY MOVIE 2; Matthew Lawrence, MRS. DOUBTFIRE; Eric Christian Olsen, NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE) it really is her? And how can she change herself back into a teenage girl? THE HOT CHICK is a wild and wacky gender-bending comedy everyone can enjoy -- no matter what sex you are.

    A very funny movie

    This is a really good and funny movie. Rob Schneider gives a hilarious and outstanding performance in this comedy. I always enjoy it every time I watch it.
