Delivery was quick. Item was as described and works well. Transaction went well. One recommendation on the order process: vehicle info is required for programming. I sent an email to contact seller with vehicle info after purchase but it was not replied to. A separate email from the seller was sent requesting vehicle info and I replied with it and it was fine. If there was a way during purchase to add vehicle info in special notes this would have eliminated the extra support needed to get info.

Install and was truly plug and play. Initial problem was a bad alternator but through research learned it was fairly common for the ECM to be affected as the seller indicated in the description. Great experience.

The product really actually worked as easy as they said it would they responded back pretty quick when I had questions about the product the only downfall which is not on the seller it's on the delivery FedEx need to step up your game and stop lagging on deliveries it took one day to get it from state to state but it took three days to get from City to city in California but anyways I would refer these guys to all the people that need the ECM or ignition and key fobs
