Pants arrived with a flaw that had been missed in the photos and description. Understandable, things happen, but they can’t be worn for professional purposes. I immediately sent photos and was offered either a return or a discount. I replied that I would be happy to return at seller’s expense, and then never heard back. Things got very busy with work travel and I let this get past the window for a return or a case, so I’m stuck now. Not the response of a seller I would use again.
