I bought 4 posters for $430. The seller sent them in a used tube and all 4 were damaged by the post office. Because the seller unindersured the parcel for only $100 total, the post office won’t accept any claim unless all 4 posters are submitted and destroyed! Even then I would only get $100 back. The seller REFUSES to accept any responsibility, and to make it even worse, on this “new” poster, he sent me a poster that was yellowed, with tape and pen marks on the front. Not new as advertised.

Once the buyer contacted me I immediately worked to resolve the problem to their COMPLETE SATISFACTION and issued an agreed upon partial refund. THE BUYER WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. The buyer recently even sent me pictures of the posters after they were framed which he was very proud and satisfied with. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK?? BEWARE OF THIS BUYER!!!

If I was "completely satisfied" as you claim, why would I be leaving you negative feedback? You refuse to take any responsibility for your poor shipping job that was NOT INSURED for the full value. I couldn't even make a claim!
