After I ordered the product, I realized it was smaller than I had thought. The seller counter offered and I was satisfied. It arrived sooner than expected and was in excellent condition.
I waited more than a week before opening it. When I did try it, I realized it did not provide the same heat reaction as previous jars I had purchased. I also noticed a major difference in the look of the jars. I notified him and he Immediately apologized, explained what happened, and gave me full refund.
