Item was received damaged courtesy of UPS. The box looked nearly destroyed.
The receiver suffered a dent right on the faceplate corner. The overall packing could have been a little more "bulletproof" with corner protectors of some sort.
4 days of testing showed no major function issues & we agreed on a price adjustment.
Very good communication & I would consider dealing with them again.

The Onkyo arrived today, it was well protected and packaged. The unit is in very good condition and fully functional.
