Seller advertised a size 7 in bold lettering at the top of the page, but the shoe is a size 8. She wouldn't issue an exchange or refund. To be fair, the seller notes it's a size 8 in the description at the bottom of the page, but I didn't read that far. I don't use ebay that often so I wasn't even aware I should've been reading the notes in the fine print. I feel the seller should've anticipated this confusion and accommodated my request for an exchange of size or a refund.
