I made this purchase on May 3, the seller never sent me the item and supposedly cannot send it to my area, which is a blatant lie since it is a seller from the United States from the state of New York, sending packages to Puerto Rico is exactly the same as send to them they do it to any of the States there is nothing different even the rates are the same since we are considered domestic and not international we are American citizens we have the same postal service the same money
