Positive experience overall. Shipping was prompt. There were two issues that weren't in the listing (fans were bad, SSD screw was stripped, making it impossible to install a drive) but otherwise item was as described. Seller was willing to accept free return, but I was able to get the screw out with some help from a friend's toolbox (and fans didn't bother me, they were an easy enough fix, but that did popup in the hardware test). Good communication, would buy from seller again.
