I didn't get any updates on shipping, so I contacted the seller who said they would ship it. They never did and then they stopped replying to my messages. I filed a report to ebay, and they didn't respond with the shipping information, so I got refunded by ebay.

I did contact this buyer as soon as I returned home and I did mail his tire lock cap even after he got a refund to make this right. I was away two weeks my Grandfather passed and i had family bussiness i had to attend and absoultly had no internet service .
