Just as described; all parts packed wonderfully & functioned As expected on arrival! Unfortunately UPS dropped the box at some point & damaged the cart. This was NOT the seller’s fault!! It was professionally packed with more bubble wrap & tape than any kid could ‘pop’ in a WEEK!!!
