This seller gave me a great deal on these bose speakers. Unfortunately, the shipper damaged one and I had to setup a return. Many sellers don't offer returns but this seller did, and also worked with me to provide multiple options to try to help fix a problem created by the shipper. The return is still ongoing, due to the shipper, but the seller is first rate, honorable and I would do business again without hestitation. We both lost out as now the speakers are damaged, but the shippers get paid.
