Everything is incredibly personalized (to your discretion), even down to the package itself, which came with a handwritten letter, and some extra accessories. Even when damage appeared due to rhe UPS's handling of the device in transport, the man paid for my shipping and repaired it within days for free. Almost nobody is as transparent and meticulous as him in the field of custom hardware. I will shop here again.

Truly made my day! ☺️ For those reading, his w/1st pkg USPS pierced thick box + 5 layers of bubblewrap + laptop w/perfect packed + USPS stabbed both side laptop. MUST have been 10,000lb hydraulic claw! Never seen anything like it (wish I could share pics). NO WAY I w/leave you w/what they did to you (they didn't even collect sig req 😔). He shipped to me & I fully repaired / replaced all USPS fault parts. Real pleasure working w/you! 😀

The product came in as expected, but with some minor defects most likely due to shipping handling. respectsyoutech was very helpful during my navigating around heads and shared tips and tricks with using this laptop. I was very surprised with the lengths this person went with helping me get my product to work the way I want it and gave me options with how to go through them. 10/10 seller, would definitely come here again in the future.
