Upon receiving the item, I was very disappointed to see there was no packing materials at all in the original box with the actual item nor was there packing materials in the larger box enough to prevent the item box from getting bounced around. Sure enough, the item was completely broken. Of course it was with NO PACKING! I wrote the seller twice and both times the response was, "well, it was working before we shipped it." There was no offer for a refund, so I had to contact eBay.
