Exactly as described, Super speedy shipping, Great communication. The packing job was horrible. When the subwoofer arrived, all 4 legs were poking out of the box. The damage was limited to the one leg and the vinyl near the bottom so, I decided to let it slide. All-in-all a good eBayer but, needs to pack heavier items more carefully. A++
