Overall, a good experience. Really good on the communication! There was minor cosmetic damage on one of the chargers but it did not affect the functionality. The battery was unfortunately dead so a new one had to be purchased. The way it was shipped could have been more efficient/better as the box it came in was larger than the carrying case so it opened mid transit. Would have made sense to lock the case. As a whole, everything works fine and I'm looking toward using the camcorder! :)
