    These are a great set of workouts!

    I love TheFirm and these workouts are particular favorites. You do need the Fanny Lifter AND the sculpting stick, as well as at least 2 sets of dumbbells (3 & 5 lb. to start are good), but you can easily find all those things here on eBay or at The Firm's website. The workouts are fast paced and intense, but modifications for beginners are always shown. The instructors lead you through the moves smoothly and do each routine in steps, building up to a full set, so you have some time to get used to each new move. Since I'm kind of a klutz who always got frustrated trying to follow along in a traditional step aerobics class/DVD, I appreciate this feature. All the workouts vary with weights, cardio, step, and kickboxing routines, so they aren't boring like a lot of DVD's are. The results ...

    the firm- body sculpting system 2-4pack dvd.......

    omg i love these dvds,i have only a few more pounds to lose and i have been stuck for awhile.i have almost lost my 100lbs and again another wall,so i won these last spring on here and never used them and i was bored with my usual training and i thought i would just try them,day number 4 and im hooked,they make me sweat and im not a person who sweats much,and i really feel good with these when im done,i believe with these and God i will lose the last few and reach my goal.buy them you will not regret it.......

    AWESOME RESULTS!

    I weighed less then I did before kids with the FIRM. I have not been able to find any other workouts like them. You get fairly quick results and notice changes right away. I had the VHS and now wanting the DVDS. All of the Firm workouts are great. They are tough at first but with time they get easier just like with any other workout that has intensity. You can go at your own pace and gradually work your way up. You will not be disappointed. You do need to mix them up and get variety though to keep yourself motivated with any kind of workout.

    I love the firm dvds I purchased but one of the 4 DVDs was missing from the case.

    A Newbie to The Firm

    I like that you get 4 dvd's for a good price. Disliked that was not mentioned that you have to have a fanny lifter/transfirmer step or sculpting stick to do most of the exercises. I had to go out a purchase a transfirmer step which already had 3 dvd's with it. Also for a beginner to the firm, it is hard for me to keep up and know what moves are coming up next. I'm not going to give up and quit, I just have to push myself harder to get the moves done correctly and keep up. I just hope that I can find a video that's a little slower for begineers.
