    The Best of SRV instructional guitar DVD

    This DVD doesn't show you everything note for note but with a good DVD player you can get a lot of mileage out of this one. The instructor is GOOD! The emphasis is on SRV technique and style with SRV's influences pointed out. The explanations are well thought out and presented. This is a good guitar lesson to watch repeatedly and STUDY. If another SRV instructional DVD by Greg Koch were offered I would buy it. Joe in Nacogdoches

    Greg Koch Plays SRV (Learn The Fender)

    Greg Koch is a funny guy and highly talented on this DVD. My only problem with it is that he goes a bit fast while attempting to teach the fender stratocaster and how Stevie Ray Vaughan played it. I am a beginner and need to learn at a slower pace and build up as time goes by. I do salute his abilities/talent but only wish he would slow down and be more detailed.

    Greg Koch is a great guide through Stevie-Land

    This DVD is a great tool for the individual who wants to have fun with some great SRV licks. Greg Koch makes this more than a simple tutorial. His sense of humor, love of the music, and playing tips take this far beyond just fingerings, strings, amps, guitars, and effects. I would recommend this to anyone who has the desire to dive into the world of Stevie Ray Vaughan.

    not for begginers!!

    teacher is very knowledgeable, he has stevie's sounds and rifs down but to me he goes a little quick. would not suggest you get this if you are a first time begginer at guitar!! it is for more advanced players.
