It works but..
I'll be direct to the point. This products works. However, the quantity serving you have to take each day is way above your average supplement dosage at 6 Capsules per day! The effectiveness plus is somewhat dampened by this amount you have to take. Would have been better if the serving size is smaller like maybe two a day. Otherwise it works at the current dosage. Check your sphygmomanometer as proof.I'll be direct to the point. This products works. Works better than meds
I have taken this product for over 20 years. Keeps my BP in check. Also calms me down and helps me sleep. I won't take meds anymore, just this product. So what if I have to take 6 pills a day, two with each meal. Small price to pay for good health
