Overall, everything was great in the end. I wish the item box was shipped in an exterior box, but in the end, all the pieces on the inside were intact and exactly as described in the listing. However, an essential component, which was in the listing, was missing from the box. I reached out to Indy Pioneer Sales, and they got back to me within 24 hours and quickly rectified the situation.
