    hate excercising try this..........

    I know sit up treadmill and push up might be good excercise but to me their boring, and they just dont appeal to me as a routine i want to get into. I read that Belly Dancing is a great form of excercise, so I found this Dvd on ebay and gave it a shot. I purchased this for this Dvd not actually to learn Belly dancing, but for the workout yet now that I have done it couple of times I actually look forward to excercise. i dont have any comparison to make since this is my first belly Dancing/workout dvd but I am definately happy i purchased. I do have to pause and rewind some but like i said I have done 1-2 times and want to make sure i do the excercise right so i get the full workout. No more dreading excercise for me this is fun and a great way to get excercise,and once i learn this and ...

    DVD Flex Appeal

    I bought the DVD with the expectations that it would be good for weight loss and exercising. It held true to my expectations. Also it is fun to watch and hopeful of even learning belly dancing. This is truly an art, but is difficult to master. I'm sure a thin-waisted person would fine this DVD to be much easier, but is challenging for me; even though I am not overweight, just needing to do some toning. It is a very sexy DVD but at the same time very professionally done. The instructor moves slow at first but then speeds things up a bit and I found I was pausing it and rewinding quite a bit to see that move again and try it out in front of a mirror. At the end of the DVD, there is a beautiful dance by one of the dancers and is very well done. I'm hoping to dance like she did, but I'm ...

    Kathy Smith's Flex Appeal is fantastic!

    I tried out Kathy Smith's belly dance routine on Comcast, thru their Exercise on Demand function, and REALLY loved it. I'm not athletic at all, and in fact, had become quite inflexible. The easy, gentle exercises in this program, helped me slowly graduate to more physically challenging routines. That said, if you do the moves right, your tummy and hips will know it! LOL While there are simple belly dance moves - this is NOT a belly dance DVD! If you purchase it with the hopes of learning belly dancing, I think you will be disappointed. However, if you are looking for a fun, easy, low-impact exercise program, that firms and tones your waistline, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this DVD!

    Belly Dancing For All

    My first thought was "what can that skinny white woman know about belly dancing?". The answer became obvious upon watching - a lot more than me! What I really liked was the dvd is divided into several sections and you choose the right section for you. Also, there are other dancers on the dvd as well. Worth the money I paid for it, and we are having a blast bellydancing at home.
