Seller response was prompt and helpful. The product itself had an issue where the ribbon cable seemed to have snapped and the left side no longer worked. I had to replace it myself, after which it worked as expected. Seller did respond stating they had tested it properly before shipping, so I'll give them benefit of doubt and chalk it up to the product design by Razer instead. Shipping cost was a bit hefty but it arrived on time.
