Paid for a watch with the strap. Never recievdd the strap. Seller not responsive and didn't want to resolve the issue with me. The box the watch came in was practically falling apart. Thank god thebwatch worked. Wouldn't recommend buying from this seller. Hopefully, in the future he/she/them/they will be more respectful and responsive to the customer. Peace.
