Fast, smooth and efficient
This thing has so much power it is incredible. I use it in a 1/8 Losi LST 3XL-E. I've used the sensorless version of this motor in the Losi Muggy and in that truck I had so much punch I could do backflips off the ground without any sort of ramp. On a flat surface if I grabbed enough throttle and let go at the right time I would land a backflip in that truck. I'm sure I could do the same with this sensorless version, I just haven't tried it yet, and I did that with a spooled center diff, I still have the normal diff in the LST. Also the efficiency that Castle brags about is actually really significant. The stock motor in the LST 3XL-E gets hot way faster than this does. This motor puts more of your battery's power to the ground and will give you a longer run time before you have to let it ... This thing has so much power it is incredible. Still need to see if this 2200kv bad boy can do 22 2 volts ? It's the only reason I didn't order the Orion VST2 2500 kv motor at only 14.8 ! We shall see if this new version of the 2200kv can still do 22 volts like before ...
