packed very well, speedy shipping. The photos didn't describe the extent of the wear and damage or the missing parts, but I probably should have asked questions of the seller. I don't think anything nefarious was intended, but seller might want to take more close up photos of imperfections in future listings.

The clock was packed and shipped with the utmost urgency and care. Item was in beautiful condition and arrived in short order. Although the functional operation of the clock itself didn’t work. I contacted seller and he seemed as disappointed as I was. So he gave me a complete refund and all is well I am happy and looking forward to buying tri-5 parts from him down the line!
