This hat was not new and arrived squashed as it was only wrapped in a plastic bag. It was also stained and damaged. It was not the fault of the courier. Not a good purchase and I did not return it as I did not have the appropriate packaging. I also felt it would probably be sold on to someone else. It was a new item as ccan be seen from my listing. The buyer insisted on a discount before purchasing and then when it was delivered waited a while before insisting on a return,which i accepted. Then waited until the last minute before sending a message saying they were NOT sending it back. Very confusing and setting off alarm bells with scammer reasons. As for me selling it to someone else, surely that would be impossible.
