I'm going to be blunt and factual, and if you choose not to accept my underlying premise, you are entitled to your opinion. (I know some very knowledgeable people disagree). I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I am pretty practical. There are many vitamins on the market. Most people are taking "one a day" or Centrum, or whatever. Not enough good stuff. People will tell you that you just "pee out" all the vitamins. Speaking strictly for myself--I feel better, and my bloodwork is perfect. Friends who I've recommended these to have gone from "high white blood cell counts and High blood pressure" to "perfect". Garden of Life is a company I have learned to trust alot. They are putting out quality in this formula, and this is my second order. I also take their ... To be very honest, and up front with you: I also take Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate Woman, and GNC has a similiar high end product. Yes, and also check out "Forward Plus" by Dr. Whitaker -- he is known as "Dr. Diabetes" for his groundbreaking work (he brings people back from the brink) with his protocols. No, I'm not kidding--folks, there is hope out there! He has a newsletter -- I no longer get it, but it's worth looking into I am by no means a professional, nor am I getting paid to say this about any physician or company. . The blunt truth is: You can't eat enough of the right kinds of foods to get to type of nutrition (I mean "therapuetic grade" nutrition, not the governments RDA). Dr. Whitaker has lobbied before Congress to get the RDA raised. Our soil no longer has the nutrition it once had--add to that Genetically modified things.... etc. Our bodies are taking an awful beating and need RAW food nutrition. If you get the right nutrients, you can head off or even reverse things like Diabetes, high blood pressure, bone health issues, etc. Big Pharma (who are marketing your physicians, BTW) is profiting. Most MDs aren't aware of the more (and better) ways to help your system. They just aren't taught this, and some don't believe it. My research started by accident about 17 years ago, when I ran across a small company calleld Gera Vita that offered some information on enzymes. What I learned changed my life. So, over the years, I've learned about vitamins. These particular vitamins have things in them that help us older folks (CoQ 10 for example--gives you a punch of energy). Enzymes and probiotics, for another. Organice fruit and vegetable blends. Want good health? Want your body to feel better? Start taking QUALITY (high potency--not cheap drugstore brand) vitamins. You pay more, but you feel better. I am 62 years old, and I take NO prescription medicine at all. Never have, and never want to. Decide for yourself. Try these vitamins for yourself. Bet you feel better!

I am one of those people who can't tell if vitamins or supplements are legit working but I know I need to take a vitamin so I try lots of them. This one has no weird smell and no digestive disruption (grumbly tummy or vitamin flavored belching). They are easy to swallow and digest. I take two in the am & two around 6 pm. Large container is the best way to go if you like this product as the recommended dose is 4 per day.
