Solid, beautifully engineered tripod head
This is my first geared tripod head, and I couldn't be happier. It is extremely well made, and provides smooth, precise movements along its 3 axises (axes?). I also love the Arca-Swiss compatible mounting plate that it comes with. I have already started converting to this standard, and I love it. If I had a complaint, it would be the weight limit of 13 lbs, but that's not a serious complaint. I have a large format camera that's heavier than that, so I can't use this head for that application. Not a problem, I'll live. All my other cameras come in below that limit, so I'm good.This is my first geared tripod head, and I couldn't be happier.
