Received as advertised, new never used! I am very happy with this Pilot Elite pen! Also much thought was spent in protecting the pen during shipping. The pen was placed and sealed inside a PVC pipe and taped off on both ends. So there was no risk of the pen being damaged during shipping. I do plan on being a returning customer.
