Finally received these glasses 14 days after ordering them. I had to initiate communication with this seller myself, when my glasses hadn’t come after one week. All they could tell me was the USPS said to wait, it would probably show up. When I asked for a partial refund for shipping $22.45, which was almost as expensive as the two small glasses themselves $24.99, they refused. Glasses came with calcium deposits on the bottom, which was not mentioned, buyer beware, do not buy from this seller.

This customer was asking for a refund on shipping after the items were delivered to her. There was a delay in shipping, but it was of no fault of mine. It is Christmas season, and the post office delayed the shipping. I opened a case with the USPS as soon as I was aware that the tracking was not being updated. The USPS investigated and found the package and delivered to the customer. The "calcium deposits" that the customer mentions WAS disclosed in the item's description a "milky film".
