I purchased these two flat cars with a load. When delivered this is very different then what was pictured. Picture presented shows good condition model no alterations or damage. I received something clearly modified and damaged. The load has been sanded on both sides ruining the gloss finish. The stakes are bent and half are unusable. One of the flat cars is bent. I don't appreciate the bait and switch
