Am immensely impressed with this seller. Order received in excellent condition and less than two days between placing my order and receiving the item. Now that is what I call excellent service. Book in better condition than most new books sold at my local Waterstones and very reasonably priced. In fact, I’d go as far as to say excellent value for money. I can’t recommend this seller highly enough. Superb customer service. Brilliant. Great packaging and even better than described.

I ordered 2 copies and the first arrived very quickly and as described. The invoice stated that the second was being sent separately. I tried tracking but it only referred to the first book. After over a week I contacted them and received an e-mail telling me they didn't have any copies and would refund me. So I've had to access another copy from elsewhere for my son.

  • Is this the dullest book in the world?

This is probably the dullest, most pretentious book I've ever read. It's a showcase for Fry to boast about his knowledge of the history and mechanics of poetry, laden with snobbery. Think of the most boring teacher you ever suffered at school and you'll have a pretty good idea of the tone that he adopts. He ever sets his readers homework! Seriously. Be warned: Anyone thinking of having a go at writing verse for themselves will think twice after reading this unappealing drivel. Stephen Fry admits he is not a published poet. It's easy to see why.
