The cast iron fireplace insert was very heavy and arrived with a broken leg. I was so disappointed but quickly got a full refund. The seller was very informative and even sent extra pictures which sealed the deal for me. It was unfortunate that UPS mishandled the box which was clearly marked FRAGILE. Perhaps the insert should have been crated but the seller indicated that they had shipped another one without problem so I think the fault lies with UPS.
