    Yamaha RX-A1040BL

    You must go down the learning curve by reading the directions a number of times. Once you have the system hooked up the sound is superb. There is a picture lag when the system is connected to a cable box and then to the TV by an HDMI cable. It is very annoying when you are changing channels. I did a firmware upgrade on all the items and the system still has a picture lag.

    Good surround Receiver

    This receiver was introduced in 2014. It functions very well. I bought it for the multi channel inputs. The new receivers do not have this anymore. The surround system sounds very good.
