Item arrived and was acurately described. Packaging was good, however, one of the forest creatures head had broken off during shipping. I notified the seller and was immediately refunded for the purchase after I had taken pictures of the item as requested by the seller. It was a shame that the item broke, but the seller was kind, helpful and honest so I would definitely purchase other items from this seller.
