Overall really enjoyed the shopping experience with Debbie. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. Kept me updated every step of the way and answered all the questions I had regarding the item. Product was packaged very thoughtfully and is in new condition as described. I did end up paying almost double the duties and taxes I was prepared for shopping from Canada, but oh well..I can get past that because my dealing with the store was great.
