    ROD product but made and Chinese manufacturer. Not best quality copies.

    Product is good by It made by Chinese company and distributed to US. Company itself doesn't have to do much with it anymore. (I talked to representative) You can see that parts made fast and not as good quality as promised by company. I had to use other screws because those that came with, would brake before it goes all the way to the wood). I would recommend, and did recommend to ROD company representative have better quality control for the companies that make their product. My suspicion was after receiving the product without any kind of information or contact for the company. In the end it works. Looks good. Should last.

    Difficult assembly instructions

    The routing of the rope is difficult to understand. Better instructions would shorten assembly time exponentially. If installing on an inclined ceiling, make sure it is level side to side. Front to back leveling does not impact function as side to side leveling does. Works as shown in picture.
