Awful. Poorly shipped, box arrived damaged, seller refused to cover cost of damaged/missing items. Items were just thrown in a large box with what looked like some ripped garbage plastic, not even plastic bags. Seller is very rude and hostile when called out on the damages, refused to work with me, and shows zero concern for customers. Poor business practices and even worse morals. If you make a mistake, own up to it.

This was 112 packs of card sleeves. the box was lined with high grade bubblewrap, Buyer claimed package arrived damaged. We refunded the large amount of shipping immediatley and offered advise to make a claim with usps since it was insured and once its shipped its out of our control, he decided not to do so. buyer has a long history of scamming people. our best guess is he tampered with the items to get a refund. or he would have went and complained to the post office wich he did not we looked.
