Seller did not send item that was posted in picture. Contacted seller, seller said he would send correct item. So I returned wrong item through EBay. Seller received the return, EBay refunded my order which I did not want, I wanted the item that I bid on. Seller now says he can’t send me item I bid on and won because of EBay rules and if I wanted that item, I would have to bid on it again. I think I should be entitled to receive correct item.

EBAY MAKES THE RULES, NOT ME. ONCE HE WAS REFUNDED, HE MUST BID ON IT AGAIN AFTER RE-LISTING. IF HE DOESN'T LIKE IT, LIKE I TOLD HIM, CALL EBAY AND COMPLAIN, THAT IS THE PROCESS.
