I had a problem with the ESC in the tank. I contacted the seller, and he emidiately reply, and took care of me. As for this Tank, the Mato Tiger 1. It arrived in very well packaged materials, and box. The tank is all metal. With great electronics. If you are not use to Mato controls. They do take some time to get used to them. But you eventually do. Is a very heavy tank.
