    The item was shipped by fedex and delivered to a different house on a completely different street. Fedex left the package on the driveway near the bottom of a gutter spout. So watch out: this seller is using fedex. .Fedex is one of the worst carriers.It's nerve wracking to get a proof of delivery while you don't have the item. In any case: the people brought the box to me and it was wet but the router did still work. I was surprised.

    I have not had any issues with fedex and am sorry you did. If you have any issues with the router contact me and I will accept the item back and refund your money. I will take note that you had this issue and will not use them unless selected. It did cost more to ship with fedex but I thought you might appreciate the item quicker. Sorry again.
