I requested a return and was in contact with them then they TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE RETURN … OTHERWISE EBAY WILL RAISE A CASE O ME …. which stupidity I did …as I’ve not used eBay for return for many years … I trusted them for them to offer another dumbbell for £8 …. Cheeky…….. to find out I couldn’t creat another return….
