Seller canceled order w/ "buyer asked to cancel" as the reason & said they'd sell to me for $26. I agreed. Then they said they wouldn't take less than $30. Against my better judgement, I bought these shorts listed as NWT. They waited six days to mail and, guess what? These shorts are in great condition, but NOT new with tags.
