    The product was in perfect condition. The issue is it’s not supported by intuit- TurboTax. You cannot update the software - use it to correct or file a 2019 return. After connecting with TurboTax support they informed me the error codes were because they have dropped all support on the product. It’s unusable. So in summary this product should not be sold !! It should be removed.

    Great price, very good product

    If you have used TurboTax or any of other tax return software, you know why you should keep using it. These applications take a lot of the sting out of preparing taxes and do a lot of hand holding for most of the more complex portions and forms. If you don't find this software more advantageous to use than slogging through the IRS publications, then either are a tax expert already or your return is so complex that only an expert can help you. I have tried other brands of this type of software, but return to TurboTax. Maybe it's just a personal preference, or the familiarity. Certainly not the cost, since you can either qualify for one of the free versions, or TurboTax has a tendency to rope you in for the more expensive editions.     Excellent product with great features.

    The 2019 version of Turbo Tax Deluxe easily imports data from my banks and brokerage houses saving me the extra cost of purchasing Turbo Tax Premier.(which I had done the last few years) or the time to manually enter all the financial information in the Basic version.. The product installed easily and is easy to use.

    Works like it should! Easy.

    Works like it is supposed to work. The North Carolina State download worked fine but is not free to file. Boo. Federal is free so that worked great. Doing taxes is a big fat pain in the rear but TurboTax makes it as easy as it can possibly be. The download was simple and all our info was transferred with no problems.

    Tax returns made easy.

    I've been using Turbotax for many years with great success. This purchase was used for an amended return after I lost my original software due to a hard drive crash and didn't think to keep the license code for my original disc. Things worked out good and I recovered significant funds.

    TurboTax at a fair price. Sold!

    I’ve been using TurboTax for at least 15 years. I’m no accountant. Not a math whiz. Not even a college graduate. In fact I’m nearly 80. This order shipped quickly and was easy to install on my Mac. As long as I have to pay taxes, I’ll do them myself with TurboTax.
