They asked to cancel my order because they "accidentally" listed it twice. They also tried to tell me that the item didn't work. The listing said that the remote was bad but it just needed to be paired. I discovered that they sometimes list the same items twice using two different eBay accounts. They did ultimately deliver my order and shipped it promptly, but I do question their competence and trustworthiness.
