    saved the day!

    Saved the day! I had to rent a U-haul truck to move my food trailer weighing about 9000lbs. U-Haul trucks have a 2" ball welded on. My trailer has a 2-5/16" coupler. this gadget is super easy to install and gives a sturdy connection. After hooking up I lifted the back of the truck using my trailer jack. I also drove about 80 miles with absolutely no issues.

    Faster & easier than changing balls and no tools required!!!

    The main reason I bought this adapter was I have a 8x20 enclosed car trailer and was going from FL to SC using a U-Haul truck. The U-Hauls have a 2" welded ball and my trailer has a 2-5/16 coupler. This adapter was just what I needed and worked perfectly. I have two trailers with the 2-5/16 coupler and two with a 2", so now I purchased a second adapter to keep in each larger trailer and changed out the balls on the adapters to 2" on my three tow vehicles. Now instead of have to change a ball, I just slip the adapter on for the larger trailer.
