I completely "missed" the two well packed parts in the bottom of the box and inadvertantly threw the box away. I messaged them, and got an immediate, very professional response, confirming all parts were packed. I went to the trash can and my parts were there...just like they said!!!!     Great product. Easy to start and use.

    It arrived quickly. It was all properly put together. The only problem I did not receive was a manual. I went online and found a manual supply company and then down loaded the manual for the proper use of the snow blower. The snow blower will manually start or it has an electric start motor also. Both system worked out fine.
