Where Has This Thing Been All My Life?
I had a travel steamer for a couple of years before I finally broke down and ordered this one. The travel steamer once leaked so badly that it gave me 3rd degree burns on my leg (I have the scars to prove it!) Besides that, it took FOREVER to steam a simple shirt! I work in retail and I love the upright steamer at my store so I decided to spend a bit more money and get one like we have there. Little did I know that the one from the store actually isn't that great... Now that I have this one too compare it to. This heats up in 60 seconds or less, it is very portable and easy to use, and it comes with a couple attachments to make sure you don't get burned with any 'spitting' that may happen. To be honest, I don't use either attachment because this amazing steamer doesn't spit any hot water at all. And did I mention that the steamer actually disconnects from the base so you can use it to clean your house as well? I've used this nifty little contraption in my bathroom to remove hard water stains from my granite tiles. I literally just let the steam do the work and I simply wipe away the water! Genius! The ONE thing I would change about it is the actual hose. It is a little short. That's it. That's all I have to criticize... And that's me being as critical as I can be lol. I would recommend this product to everyone who is sick of irons or simply sick of bleaching the bathroom to clean it. I love that I can give my clothes a quick steam before dressing for work, even when I'm in a hurry and only have a couple minutes to spare. This thing works FAST and I can't say enough how happy I am with it's performance!

Product was listed as new but came with a wet hose and brush with all of the bristles bent. I would imagine a truly brand new item would work great, I cannot say that about this one however. It gets the job done so, yes, but one, just make sure it’s NEW

PROFESSIONAL JOB AT DOWN HOME PRICES
Professional steamer at a home use price. It does even the toughest of wrinkled drapes without having to go over and over the same spot more than a few times. It is very difficult to find a cleaners that does drapes these days, so the Garment Steamer is the perfect solution to a multitude of situations involving wrinkles in fabrics.

When you're HOT it's NOT!!!
Initally this item worked, but as is the case with EVERY SHARK ITEM I have ever purchased. The moment the warranty expired it broke down! This item was advertised as being open box. That is highly suspect due to the fact that the instruction manual was obviously a photocopy yes a photocopy! You can see obviously where the lines of the photocopy are on the instruction manual that came with the item! If you are expecting a sturdy professional steamer, keep looking. This is a light weight steamer and it has a stand with wheels that you can use to hang an item. I find the stand flimsy and cheaply made. There is not a heat setting, there is an on/off switch and the directions say it will make steam after 1 minute. The steam took 5 minutes and was not strong enough to remove wrinkles from a skirt. If you only need to use this occasionally, you may be ok. For hrs u use, I recommend a better steamer.If you are expecting a sturdy professional steamer, keep looking.
