It was wrapped in bubble wrap but rather than a box with proper insulation, it was just sent in a plastic bag? There are a couple of small dents and scratches, which I am convinced could have been avoided had the bottle been packaged properly for an international shipment. Of course this does not affect the usability of the bottle, I expect more for the price of the product and shipping.
