Sadly eBay had to step in. It was a mess. Buyer threw the item in a box and sent. It was not as described- it dirty and looked at it had been used. Then, after all that- when I plugged it in, it didn’t work. Which the buyer failed to do. Their photos show careful packaging, despite claims otherwise.There was nothing “messy” about the process unless you count their refusal to communicate or read basic instructions.
